Ingredients
Patties

(5 oz) cans of Boneless, Skinless Salmon
Drained
1/3
cup
onion
diced
1/4
cup
red bell pepper
diced
1/4
cup
green bell pepper
diced

egg

tbsp
egg white
1/2

plain bread crumbs

tbsp
nutritional yeast

tbsp
old bay seasoning

ground black pepper

lemon juice
Sauce

cucumber
diced

non-fat Greek yogurt, plain

dried dill

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
In a bowl mix all ingredients for the patties until combined
Form into four patties. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place patties on sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
While patties cook, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve patties topped with sauce.
