almond flour

muesli

oats

ground cinnamon

tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
baking soda

salt

non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1/2
cup
pumpkin puree
1/2
cup
Swerve brown sugar
(or coconut sugar)

egg
1/3
cup
sugar free syrup
(or maple syrup)

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, muesli, oats, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda & salt. Stir to combine.
In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, applesauce, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined
Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir to combine
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion and drop unto cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for an additional 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
