Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Pour stuffing into medium casserole dish.
- In a pan, cook turkey sausage until fully cooked, breaking up into small pieces while browning. Once cooked, add to casserole with stuffing
- In same pan, add Brummel spread, celery and onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes then add apple.
- Saute for another 3-4 minute then add raisins. Continue to saute until raisins are plump and celery/onion are soft. Stir constantly once raisins have been added to prevent the raisins from burning.
- Add onion, celery, apples and raisins to casserole dish and give it all a good stir.
- Add chicken broth and stir until stuffing is moist.
- Bake uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until slightly browned.
