Whipped Low Fat Cottage Cheese
(Use non-fat for WW friendly)

Maple Syrup
(Use Sugar Free Pancake Syrup for WW Friendly)

(For WW substitute Lily’s or another sugar free version)

Instructions
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, swerve and vanilla. Blend with an immersion blender. Or you may use a blender for this step.
To the bowl add protein powder, flex seed meal, and flours. Mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips
If consistency feels too dry, you may add up to 1/4 c milk.
