Our recipe for Edible Cookie Dough is a healthier spin on the usual recipes. We combine cottage cheese, protein powder, flex seed meal along with other ingredients to create a delicious snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Whipped Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Use non-fat for WW friendly)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (Use Sugar Free Pancake Syrup for WW Friendly)
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder coffee or vanilla flavored (Approx 37 g)
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (For WW substitute Lily’s or another sugar free version)
  • 1/4 cup non-fat milk, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, swerve and vanilla. Blend with an immersion blender. Or you may use a blender for this step.
  • To the bowl add protein powder, flex seed meal, and flours. Mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips
  • If consistency feels too dry, you may add up to 1/4 c milk.
