Our recipe for Edible Cookie Dough is a healthier spin on the usual recipes. We combine cottage cheese, protein powder, flex seed meal along with other ingredients to create a delicious snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz. Whipped Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Use non-fat for WW friendly)
  • 1/4 c Maple Syrup (Use Sugar Free Pancake Syrup for WW Friendly)
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c Protein Powder, coffee or vanilla flavored (Approx 37 g)
  • 1/2 c. Flaxseed Meal
  • 3/4 c. Almond Flour
  • 3/4 c. Coconut Flour
  • 1 c. Dark Chocolate Chips (For WW substitute Lily’s or another sugar free version)
  • 1/4 c. non-fat milk, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, swerve and vanilla. Blend with an immersion blender. Or you may use a blender for this step.
  2. To the bowl add protein powder, flex seed meal, and flours. Mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips
  3. If consistency feels too dry, you may add up to 1/4 c milk.
