Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups liquid egg whites
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 3 oz fat free cream cheese softened
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and saute green onions until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine egg whites, cream cheese and dash of salt & pepper and mix until frothy.
  • Add egg white mixture to pan with green onions. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edges. Using a spatula or large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg white mixture so the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg white mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
