Our Creamy Egg White Scramble with Green Onion recipe is a delicious high protein, low fat addition to your breakfast. Using egg whites reduces the cholesterol making this a healthy option that you can eat every day if you wish!
Spray skillet with cooking spray and saute green onions until softened.
In a large bowl, combine egg whites, cream cheese and dash of salt & pepper and mix until frothy.
Add egg white mixture to pan with green onions. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edges. Using a spatula or large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg white mixture so the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg white mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist.
Remove from heat and serve.
