Method
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- In a small bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour and baking powder Stir to combine
- In a medium bowl combine coconut sugar, salt, egg, egg white, vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until well combined.
- Slowly add protein powder/coconut flour mixture to bowl. Mix until combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion and drop unto cookie sheet. Use the back of a spoon top flatten
- Bake for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for an additional 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
