Our recipe for Chocolate Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark is a healthier alternative to traditional chocolate bark. This frozen treat is perfect for the summer!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c. Plain Greek Yogurt (I used non-fat)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 c. Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp sliced honey roasted almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, cacao powder, honey and vanilla extract
  2. Line a cookie sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper
  3. Spread yogurt mixture on parchment paper.
  4. Top with coconut flakes, berries and almonds making sure the topping are pressed into the yogurt mixture
  5. Freeze for 3 hours
  6. Optional: after 1 hour pre-cut the slices then place back in freezer. This makes it easier to divide the portions once fully frozen.
