Our recipe for Edible Cookie Dough is a healthier spin on the usual recipes. We combine cottage cheese, protein powder, flex seed meal along with other ingredients to create a delicious snack.

INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. Whipped Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Use non-fat for WW friendly)
- 1/4 c Maple Syrup (Use Sugar Free Pancake Syrup for WW Friendly)
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 c Protein Powder, coffee or vanilla flavored (Approx 37 g)
- 1/2 c. Flaxseed Meal
- 3/4 c. Almond Flour
- 3/4 c. Coconut Flour
- 1 c. Dark Chocolate Chips (For WW substitute Lily’s or another sugar free version)
- 1/4 c. non-fat milk, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, swerve and vanilla. Blend with an immersion blender. Or you may use a blender for this step.
- To the bowl add protein powder, flex seed meal, and flours. Mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips
- If consistency feels too dry, you may add up to 1/4 c milk.
