A lighter take on traditional chicken salad. Mayo is replaced with yogurt to still give it a lighter flavor while being healthier. The grapes add a touch of freshness and sweetness. This recipe is my favorite way to use canned chicken. If canned chicken isn’t your thing substitute with rotisserie chicken. Try it with crackers or on a sandwich.
