Method
- Soak the mung bean noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes or as directed on package
- Brown the ground turkey in a large pan. Add garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook until ground turkey is no longer pink
- To same pan, add sesame oil, color slaw and sweet peppers. Add sweet chile sauce and whites from green onions. Cook until tender but still crisp, 1-2 minutes
- Drain water from mung bean noodles, Add mung bean noodles to pan and stir to combine. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes
- Garnish with Wonton strips and green portion of green onion
