INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey (Omit for WW)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. coconut sugar (for a lightly sweet taste. For a sweeter taste add an additional 1/4 c.; For WW use 3/4 c. Swerve Brown Sugar)
- 1/4 c. protein powder
- 2 tbsp. almond flour
- 3 tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F and coat a 9×9 pan with cooking spray
- In a medium size bowl, combine all wet ingredients, including sugar. Mix to combine. If avocado is not well blended, use an immersion blender or potato masher to further blend.
- In a large bowl, add remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine.
- Add wet ingredients to large bowl with dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
