INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. Plain Greek Yogurt (I used non-fat)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 c. Frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp sliced honey roasted almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, cacao powder, honey and vanilla extract
- Line a cookie sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper
- Spread yogurt mixture on parchment paper.
- Top with coconut flakes, berries and almonds making sure the topping are pressed into the yogurt mixture
- Freeze for 3 hours
- Optional: after 1 hour pre-cut the slices then place back in freezer. This makes it easier to divide the portions once fully frozen.
