INGREDIENTS
Patties
- 2 (5 oz) cans of Boneless, Skinless Salmon
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced
- 1 egg + 4 tbsp egg white
- 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce:
- 2/3 c. diced cucumber
- 2/3 c. non-fat greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°
- In a bowl mix all ingredients for the patties until combined
- Form into four patties. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place patties on sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- While patties cook, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve patties topped with sauce.
